Operations Associate in Fintech Startup

We are looking for a dedicated recent graduate or a business generalist willing to contribute to the growth trajectory of Comply+. Gain insights into AI workflows, sales strategies, and compliance operations while closely collaborating with the founder. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales tasks and lead research with AI tools

• Help prepare and execute customer demos and onboarding

• Facilitate customer communications and manage marketing operations

• Create workflows and trackers to ensure task completion

• Perform administrative and operational tasks across Comply+
Requirements:

• Recent BComm graduate or early-career operator

• Strong organizational skills and willingness to work hard

• Excellent communication abilities with diverse stakeholders

• Comfort with using AI tools and learning new software

• Detail-oriented, eager to understand FINTRAC/AML
