The Role
Implementation Lead will partner with Tradebeyond Software retail clients’ key business users and IT organizations to design, configure, test and implement value-added business solutions built on the Tradebeyond/CBX platform. You will understand the digital goals of some of retails biggest names, from the high level down to the minutiae. Effectively and creatively translating these business goals into requirements that will be met by your roadmap of strategic consultancy and conversion optimization campaigns.
You will deliver results and insight to demonstrate overarching value from customer investment.
Working with our team of consultants, you will ensure customers achieve their agreed optimization goals; including increasing overall revenue, speed to market and cost reduction and providing guidance on their overall product development and supply chain strategy. You will leverage a range of analysis, testing and optimization techniques to help achieve your customers' goals.
In addition, you will drive demand for Tradebeyond Consultancy, identifying opportunities where additional support and guidance from the Tradebeyond Consulting team will be beneficial to client success. Meanwhile, maintaining strong relationships with client senior stakeholders and full awareness of their shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Drive the key assigned initiative for the customer (1 complex customer or multiple small or standard customers at a time)
- Create project timelines, manage implementation milestones and ensure quality deliverables
- Manage the Project P&L and Liaise with and Partner with Customer Success Team on client escalation, upsell and cros-sell opportunities
- Maintain value-oriented, business, and technical goals set forth by the customer
- Proactively manage expectations with customer, colleagues, third parties, consulting partners
- Manage overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable expectation are clearly communicated
- Able to translate customer business requirements into functional specification for handover to Product and Development teams
- Configure the CBX application to support the jointly defined future state client business process.
- Effectively balance the needs of the customer, as well as the direction and the needs of the company to ensure financial viability of the project
- Handle customer escalations as first point of contact for the customer and raise escalations to appropriate exec team members when required
- Ability to interface with users at all levels of the organization, including Senior Management (C-Level), to make recommendations so that projects can be delivered on time and on budget.
- Provide Customer and Trade Beyond Executive Stakeholders project feedback regularly
- Able to estimate cost and timeline for new and existing customer opportunities in the form of resource plan and project timeline
- Support sales and pre-sales to lend expertise from the Trade Beyond customer base with regards to customer best practice and implementation best practice
- Able to act as a coach and mentor for project team members and direct reports
- Ensure accurate and timely administrative reporting (Forecasting, Time Submission)
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in Engineering, Business, Information System, Information Technology or other related discipline
