Join Elections Ontario as a Contract Specialist responsible for creating and implementing effective contract management practices. This on-site position is critical to maintaining compliance in procurement.
In this role at Elections Ontario, you will oversee contract life cycles from drafting to execution. You will be instrumental in developing templates and monitoring compliance with contractual obligations. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to manage supplier performance and mitigate risks involved in contract processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead contract administration from award through completion
• Establish standardized templates and playbooks for contracts
• Manage complex agreements and ensure compliance
• Support audit readiness with complete documentation
• Develop relationship management metrics for suppliers
Requirements:
• At least five years of related procurement experience
• Strong understanding of contract management principles
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, D365, Power BI preferred
