The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role by coordinating project quotations, managing customer contracts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate project documentation. This role ensures seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to help deliver large‑scale electrical projects on time and within scope.

Major Responsibilities

Monitor and manage contract milestones, change orders, and project close‑out activities.

Act as a liaison between internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) and external stakeholders (customers, vendors).

Enter and manage sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Coordinate product deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams to meet customer schedules.

Analyze and maintain costing and pricing spreadsheets to support accurate quoting and profitability tracking.

Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams.

Maintain and organize project files, including contracts, quotes, and correspondence.

Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Prepare accurate, detailed internal sales tracking reports and create progress reports for customer orders.

Assist with the creation of customer documentation packages.

Assist with preparing and submitting detailed project proposals and supporting documentation through customer quoting portals.

Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Representatives, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are consistently met.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Training

Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Strong understanding of sales processes and project coordination, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP and CRM systems is an asset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative, team‑first mindset.

Technologically adept and comfortable working with digital tools and quoting platforms.
