As a key member of the Office of the CEO, you will directly assist the CEO and Chief of Staff in a high-exposure role. Responsibilities include managing executive priorities, preparing briefings, and solving complex operational challenges across healthcare, technology, and logistics sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive priorities, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare briefing materials and executive communications
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track deliverables
• Conduct research and provide executive summaries
• Leverage technology tools to enhance effectiveness
Requirements:
• 3–8 years supporting C-suite executives or founders
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
