Position: Energy Sector Compliance Coordinator - FortisBC
Become a Project Compliance Coordinator with FortisBC to enhance B.C.'s energy landscape. Bring your expertise in regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance in energy projects.
As a full-time coordinator, you will guide the compliance efforts for projects regulated by the BC Energy Regulator.

Your role involves close collaboration with project management teams and external contractors, guaranteeing that all projects comply with safety and legislative standards. You will also be responsible for managing training programs and supporting governance documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams on project phase gate deliverables

• Act as a point of contact for invoicing and account management

• Manage training sessions for project personnel

• Prepare compliance documentation and training resources

• Identify areas for improving compliance processes
Requirements:

• High school graduation with relevant certification

• Minimum two years in Project Compliance roles

• Ability to interpret technical drawings

• Sound knowledge of energy regulations and practices

• Strong communication and analytical skills
