Position: H&R Block District Operations Coordinator Role
Take on a key operational role with H&R Block as a District Operations Coordinator. Spearhead staff training, optimize office operations, and ensure client satisfaction in a structured environment.

H&R Block is in search of a District Operations Coordinator to enhance operational performance across assigned offices. You will work closely with District Managers while driving field visits to train and support staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Support District Managers with operational activities

• Travel regularly to train office staff and set up equipment

• Participate in recruiting and onboarding processes

• Manage office schedules and adjust as required

• Ensure compliance and manage logistical operations

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in a related customer service field

• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle for traveling

• Excellent coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with H&R Block operations is a plus
