Position: Strategic Advisor for Partnership Development
Transform lives as a Strategic Partnership Advisor with Cuso International in Medellín, Colombia. This volunteer role focuses on driving economic empowerment through tailored vocational training.

Cuso International is seeking motivated Canadian volunteers to engage in an international program aimed at fostering women's and youths' access to decent employment. You will assess private sector skills needs, build capacity through workshops, and develop partnerships that can transform communities. Your focus will be on job creation and enhancing partnerships with local and Canadian businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive skills needs assessments for local partners

• Organize capacity-building workshops focused on financial facilitation

• Create networking events for business linkages and opportunities

• Develop a learning framework to track economic outcomes

• Enable partner organizations to adapt to new market demands

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

• Expertise in strategic planning and collaboration

• Experience in marketing and private sector relations

• Ability to work in diverse teams

• Spanish Level 4-Advanced proficiency needed
