Make an impact as Axon's Go-To-Market Program Manager, driving impactful sales operations and product launches in the Commonwealth. Align cross-functional teams and enhance forecasting processes to accelerate effectiveness.
In this challenging role, you will own the management of structured programs, focusing on sales operations and product launches. Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing to implement repeatable processes that maximize growth potential. Your expertise in unified forecasting will ensure consistency in tracking renewals and key activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Commonwealth go-to-market initiatives across diverse teams
• Manage Sales Operations priorities including renewals and rewrites
• Develop training programs that improve team skills
• Oversee forecasting inputs and processes across regions
• Identify and remove blockers to facilitate growth
Requirements:
• Proven experience in program management roles
• Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• In-depth understanding of sales processes and forecasting
• Familiarity with Commonwealth operational challenges
