Responsibilities
Work closely with leadership on resource planning and deployment
Analyze and recommend staffing decisions based on engagement risk, skills, timing, continuity and geographic considerations
Manage staffing conflicts with all relevant parties, providing alternative staffing recommendations and escalating issues, as appropriate
Maximize utilization by identifying imbalances and negotiating and reallocating resources
Participate in the orientation of new hires by providing an overview of the staffing process and operating model
Liaise with client-serving professionals to determine development needs and identify engagement and learning opportunities, as appropriate
Actively support performance management initiatives and learning and development planning
Track CPA hours and competencies
Assist with reporting including utilization performance, forecasts and capacity management
Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, human resources or other related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Professional services and/or consulting firm experience is considered an asset

The annual salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $65,000.
