Sustainability Specialist at FCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess risks and opportunities in business processes

• Coach and mentor teams on performance strategies

• Maintain sustainability policies and disclosures

• Research and implement key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental engineering, or related field

• At least four years of relevant sustainability experience

• Proven problem-solving skills under critical timelines

• Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities

• Commitment to agile, innovative, and collaborative work environments
