In this role, you'll support continuous improvement initiatives across MBPS. Partner with stakeholders to analyze performance gaps and implement effective solutions. Your hands-on involvement will influence operational efficiency and enhance business performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct process discovery and operational walkthrough sessions
• Analyze data to support objectives and deliverables
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
• Develop deliverables like process maps and management presentations
• Assist process owners in tracking project benefits realization
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in insurance or BPO customer service operations
• At least 1 year in process improvement as a Business Analyst
• Experience managing stakeholders and facilitating meetings
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Engineering or Business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
