Your proactive approach and creativity will be vital in connecting participants with suitable employers across the local labour market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market services to employers and community groups

• Develop strong connections with local employers

• Provide pre-screening services for job placements

• Support Employment Specialists with labour market research

• Negotiate workplace opportunities and training incentives

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of job development experience

• Expertise in Integrated Case Management Databases

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and productively

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
