As a Reservation Agent, your primary duty includes coordinating travel arrangements for employees and visitors, reporting to the Supervisor of Camp and Logistics Administration. Minimum qualifications include 5 years of experience in client services, ideally within travel sectors, complemented by strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all flight schedules and manifests
• Create and oversee bus manifests for daily operations
• Handle bunkhouse room assignments efficiently
• Ensure accurate Logistiks system records
• Collaborate with HR on Contractor Clearance Processes
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in the client service industry
• Preferred background in travel and tourism
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities
