Step into a dynamic role with 7-Eleven as a Merchandising Support Coordinator, providing vital analytics to enhance category management efforts. You will handle troubleshooting, item processing, and contribute to team initiatives every day.
As a key member of the merchandising team, you will support Category Managers by resolving issues and processing new items for stores. Your responsibilities will include maintaining records and contributing to reports. Collaborating with cross-functional groups ensures your expertise drives efficiency and effectiveness in merchandising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in troubleshooting category item issues
• Review internal and external documentation for setups
• Maintain product categories and store assortments
• Complete reports and special projects as needed
• Provide training for new team members on processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Associate's degree required
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
