Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Partner Recruitment process effectively
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for Partners
• Support regional teams in performance management
• Lead Partner Change Over processes seamlessly
• Address and resolve Partner issues proactively
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience required
• Available for frequent travel within designated territories
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Post-secondary degree in business administration or related field
• Ability to handle stress and work flexible shifts
