Nesto is seeking a Regional Manager to lead business development efforts in the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA). This proactive role requires expertise in residential mortgage underwriting and a strong network within the broker community. Your efforts will directly influence deal flow and regional volume as you work closely with brokers to foster sustainable relationships and provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with top brokers
• Guide brokers on CMLS products and credit policies
• Provide on-site support and training in the field
• Monitor application lifecycle and ensure efficiency
• Structure complex files for broker partners
Requirements:
• Experience in mortgage underwriting or credit analysis
• Proactive mindset for capturing market share
• Strong existing network in Vancouver Island
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
• Mortgage Broker or Agent license is an asset
