Responsibilities
Work closely with leadership on resource planning and deploymentAnalyze and recommend staffing decisions based on engagement risk, skills, timing, continuity and geographic considerationsManage staffing conflicts with all relevant parties, providing alternative staffing recommendations and escalating issues, as appropriateMaximize utilization by identifying imbalances and negotiating and reallocating resourcesParticipate in the orientation of new hires by providing an overview of the staffing process and operating modelLiaise with client-serving professionals to determine development needs and identify engagement and learning opportunities, as appropriateActively support performance management initiatives and learning and development planningTrack CPA hours and competenciesAssist with reporting including utilization performance, forecasts and capacity managementContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesSkills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, human resources or other related field; equivalent work experience will also be consideredAt least 2 years of relevant work experienceProfessional services and/or consulting firm experience is considered an asset
