Napsteel is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join our customer service team in our Surrey location.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Lead, support and manage employees while ensuring a positive, productive, and accountable work environment.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures.
- Establish performance goals and monitor team
- Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor operational expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure business objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Oversee vendor, supplier, and service-provider relationships as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure operational documentation is current and organized.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, management, administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, process improvement, and performance management.
- Organized, efficient and strong analytical skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and take initiative with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated & able to problem solve within a fast paced, constantly growing environment
- Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized ERP system
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication
