Position: Finance Accounts Receivable Associate Roles
Advance your finance career with Tree of Life Canada ULC as an Accounts Receivable Associate. This position is available in both Mississauga and Surrey, focusing on account management and customer support.

You will manage a range of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and accurate reconciliations. Duties will involve monitoring short payments, processing EFTs, and collaborating with sales teams to reduce deductions. Your efforts will uphold Tree of Life's mission of inclusivity and high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and accurately post EFT payments

• Release held orders by coordinating with COD customers

• Monitor overdue accounts and communicate effectively

• Assist with month-end cash receipts and adjustments

• Support departmental needs as required

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or Accounting

• Minimum experience in finance or Accounts Receivable

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite

• Elevated communication skills for customer interactions
