In this position, you will onboard retail and business members through proactive engagement. With 1-3 years in the financial sector, you'll identify sales opportunities via Financial Health Checks and recommend banking, lending, and investment solutions. You’ll manage small accounts and strengthen your sales pipeline through referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new retail and business members effectively

• Conduct Financial Health Checks to identify sales opportunities

• Recommend personalized banking and investment solutions

• Manage small accounts and foster referrals

• Support omni-channel interactions and teamwork

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of financial services or sales experience

• Knowledge of lending and investment products

• Mutual Funds licensed or willingness to obtain

• Strong communication and tech skills

• Grade 12 (or equivalent);
Business or Marketing education is desirable
