In this key role reporting to the Plant Controller, you will assist in the preparation of financial reviews, forecasts, and annual budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate tasks, and mine data for analysis. Your contributions will improve process efficiencies and support strategic growth initiatives within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reviews and presentations

• Identify process improvement opportunities and research issues

• Build dynamic Excel models to automate tasks

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Communicate findings from data analyses to management

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance or Accounting required

• 2-5 years of relevant financial experience

• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems

• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
