The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and licensed Wealth Management Administrator who thrives in a detail oriented, client focused environment. You will play a critical role in supporting advisors, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day administrative and operational support to wealth management advisors
  • Prepare and process account documentation, transactions, and client instructions
  • Maintain and update client records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support client reporting, portfolio updates, and documentation requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, contributing to a high quality client experience
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery
