In this vital position, you will partner with both the Operations and Finance teams to manage all aspects of project accounting. Your responsibilities will include tracking budgets, managing invoicing processes, and ensuring timely financial reporting. With a proactive approach, you will deliver financial insights that support project success and align with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project setup and revenue analysis

• Process and track construction project invoices

• Aid client AR issue resolution and support managers

• Assist in monthly financial packet preparation

• Conduct year-end audit preparations and compliance checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Construction industry accounting knowledge preferred

• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel

• Excellent communication and partner collaboration skills
