This role entails proactive conversations and conducting Financial Health Checks to identify sales opportunities. With over 80 years in financial services, you will provide personalized support, paving the way for members to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard new retail and business members

• Conduct Financial Health Checks to identify needs

• Recommend banking, lending, and investment solutions

• Manage small accounts and build a sales pipeline

• Support frontline interactions and collaborate with Advice Centre

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or sales

• Knowledge of lending and investment products

• Mutual Funds licensed or willingness to obtain

• Strong communication and tech skills

• Grade 12 or equivalent; postsecondary education an asset
