As part of MNP’s U.S. Individual Tax team, you will lead various client engagements, managing complex strategies while ensuring compliance with dynamically changing regulations. With your 5 to 8 years of experience, you will drive effective tax planning and maintain oversight of project management tasks. Your expertise will greatly enhance client relationships and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client engagements in U.S. Individual Tax

• Develop tailored tax strategies and minimize client liabilities

• Review compliance audits and tax returns for accuracy

• Lead due diligence initiatives for acquisitions

• Ensure timely project execution and status updates

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in tax

• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations

• Proficiency with tax preparation software

• Willingness to engage in travel as necessary
