This opportunity invites candidates with 1-3 years of experience in an accounting setting, especially in accounts receivable. Your significant contributions will include reviewing cashouts, administering payment processes, and supporting overall financial integrity. You will work closely with the finance department and support the Credit Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and manage daily cashouts from branches
• Administer cash-out documentation and payments
• Update accounts and perform write-off tasks
• Execute daily bank reconciliations for accuracy
• Compile and complete financial transaction reports
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role
• Background in high-volume multi-branch receivables preferred
• Diploma in Accounting or Finance is advantageous
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Office 365
• Strong proficiency in English communication
