The Alliance Canada is in search of a Controller for its New Ventures Canada team. This role requires a hands-on approach to financial management, collaborating closely with the VP of Finance and a dedicated finance team. You'll leverage your experience to fulfill our mission of sharing the Good News and addressing spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle financial services for the organization
• Work alongside VP of Finance in strategic planning
• Lead a dedicated finance team and provide mentorship
• Deliver financial insights for ministry initiatives
• Ensure proper financial compliance and reporting
Requirements:
• Experience as a Controller or in financial leadership
• Strong team collaboration and leadership ability
• Knowledge of nonprofit financial regulations
• Commitment to supporting mission-focused activities
• Relevant education in finance or accounting
