Finance & Business Analyst

Become a key player at our Surrey office as a Finance & Business Analyst on a 12-month contract. This role focuses on uncovering financial and operational insights, streamlining processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

We seek an analytical and problem-solving expert with advanced financial skills. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing financial processes, managing finance transformation projects, and supporting financial close activities. Collaborating with various teams, you'll turn data into actionable insights to drive business results while actively participating in project implementation and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and improve financial reporting processes for accuracy

• Validate assumptions and methodologies in financial analysis

• Manage and support strategic initiatives and system rollouts

• Map workflows, document controls, and manage project timelines

• Deliver user training and post-implementation support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 5-10 years experience in financial analysis or FP&A

• Strong project management skills and execution capabilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• CPA designation preferred
