Position: US Tariff Specialist Bookkeeper at Reliance Foundry

Support our finance team by preparing customs documentation and managing collections, ensuring regulatory compliance across Canada and the US. Your expertise in tariff calculations and handling of duty documents will facilitate smooth export operations while fostering strong client relationships. You’ll be integral in maintaining financial records and assisting in month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process necessary customs and commercial invoices

• Calculate tariffs and process payments to US Customs

• Work closely with customers on billing and collections

• Handle discrepancies and account reconciliation

• Support month-end closing and prepare financial reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial invoice preparation

• 1 year handling Duty Drawback in the US

• Experience with Net Suite ERP required

• Attention to detail in financial reporting

• Strong telephone communication skills for client interaction
