Corporate Finance Business Analyst Position

Reporting to the Manager, Finance Transformation, you will act as a liaising point between Finance and IT, contributing to ongoing financial planning and reporting functions. You will excel in gathering requirements, collaborating with IT, and supporting core FP&A initiatives while driving continuous improvements across financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in ERP re-implementation as a Finance liaison
• Partner closely with IT for system and business process enhancements
• Document business requirements for finance solutions
• Support all project lifecycle phases including UAT
• Enhance reporting capabilities via ERP and BI tools
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of finance experience with FP&A focus
• 2+ years supporting finance transformation projects
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of core finance processes
• Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools
Lead finance initiatives and improve processes to modernize capabilities effectively.
