In your role, reporting to the Manager, Finance Transformation, you will bridge Finance and IT needs, supporting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Your contribution will be essential in driving process optimization and automation across financial operations and reporting initiatives, benefiting key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary Finance representative for software implementation
• Work with IT and stakeholders to define process improvements
• Document and articulate requirements for finance functions
• Assist with UAT and ensure readiness for launch
• Analyze KPIs and provide actionable financial recommendations
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of Finance experience, particularly in FP&A
• 2+ years on finance transformation or ERP initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Comprehensive knowledge of finance processes
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with BI tools
Drive enhanced finance transformation projects with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
