Customer-Focused Banking Associate

This role requires you to actively engage with customers, resolving their inquiries while promoting TD's products and services. By leveraging your expertise in digital banking, you'll guide customers to utilize convenient banking tools effectively. Your contribution to improving branch operations will enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions
• Recognize customer needs and provide tailored guidance
• Educate on digital banking platforms like mobile and online
• Facilitate accurate cash handling and reporting
• Propose enhancements for customer service practices
Requirements:
• High School diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Completion of Investment Funds Canada (IFC) post-appointment
• Strong MS Office and bank software proficiency
• In-depth knowledge of banking protocols
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Engage with customers and build lasting relationships as a Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust.
