- Manage financing deals ranging from 1 to 50 million dollars
- Evaluate and analyze complex financing transactions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in real estate financing
- Expertise in financial analysis and structuring
- Proven skills in relationship management and business development
- Robust network and established connections in real estate
