In this trainee role, you will build and maintain impactful customer relationships while helping them navigate their banking needs. You will assist clients with new accounts, investment advice, and guiding them to the right staff for solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in daily advice and service interactions
• Guide clients to the appropriate personnel for banking solutions
• Educate customers on online and mobile banking options
• Support staff with cash and non-cash transactions

Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• Must obtain Investment Funds Canada certification
• Proficient in MS Office and branch software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
