Join our dynamic automotive dealership in Surrey, BC, as a Subprime Pod Manager. This full-time role focuses on leading a results-driven finance team to achieve outstanding sales outcomes.

We are a rapidly growing dealership group looking for an experienced Subprime finance manager to lead our Special Finance department. Your leadership will be crucial to developing a high-performing team, coaching through the finance processes, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will oversee deal structuring and build strong partnerships with lenders to ensure efficiency in funding and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of the Subprime/Special Finance pod

• Recruit and train finance team members effectively

• Track and enhance performance metrics and KPIs

• Maintain relationships with banks and finance companies

• Coach sales teams for maximum approvals and deliveries

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Special Finance/Subprime

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Proven track record in sales and finance targets

• Valid driver's license
