Position: Coast Capital Funding Representative

Coast Capital is looking for a Funding Representative for a six-month fixed-term position. You will validate approved funding documents and act as a liaison between clients and the Account Executive team. Your experience will ensure efficiency in processing financing requests and maintaining robust client databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and validate lease and loan applications accurately

• Serve as the key customer liaison, resolving inquiries

• Ensure timely processing of financing requests

• Maintain up-to-date client databases and reporting

• Monitor credit application progress from submission to funding

Requirements:

• Minimum one year’s experience in finance or leasing

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication skills in English

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Flexibility in assignments and teamwork
