In this Temporary, Full-time role, you will provide invaluable relationship-based financial advice to both existing and prospective members. By understanding their unique goals, you will help develop personalized solutions while recognizing opportunities for referrals. Your contributions will directly support Vancity’s goal of social responsibility and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer tailored financial advice and solutions
• Assess member needs to match appropriate products
• Facilitate referrals to Vancity Specialized Teams
• Fulfill branch profitability objectives
• Follow compliance standards and mitigate risks
Requirements:
• A High school diploma or equivalent minimum
• 2 years in an Account Manager position needed
• Financial Planning Coursework completed
• At least 3 years of experience in member services
• Completed coursework in Investments or financial contexts
