Elevate high net worth policy servicing as a Policy Servicing Manager s hybrid position blends expertise in premium financing with hands-on support for clients and partners.
Join Manulife as a Policy Servicing Manager where you will provide vital policy servicing support, ensuring efficient premium financing and comprehensive after-sales services for high net worth policies. You will need at least 5 years of life insurance experience and will work closely with various teams to facilitate smooth case processes and address partner inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee premium financing tasks and policy assignments
• Facilitate claims processing and policy service inquiries
• Collaborate with cashier and new business teams on case issuance
• Liaise with banks for premium financing matters
• Conduct training sessions to share policy servicing best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years’ insurance experience
• Expertise in premium financing and HNW segments
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
