As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of high-value members, providing exceptional service and advice. Your responsibilities will include conducting complex transactions involving various financial products and ensuring branch goals are met through proactive engagement. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for identifying member needs and fostering community connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with members to provide financial advice
• Process complex member transactions including investments and loans
• Support branch goals through promotion and referral opportunities
• Mentor branch employees on investment products and services
• Assist with other duties as directed by branch leadership
Requirements:
• College diploma in related discipline or equivalent experience
• Mutual Funds License and completion of Tru Cooperative certification
• 2-3 years' experience as a Financial Advisor
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software
