In this role, you'll handle elevated mortgage files, collaborating with lenders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues swiftly. Your deep understanding of processing rules will guide the resolution of obstacles, ensuring timely progress and customer satisfaction. This position requires proactive communication and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a processing subject matter expert for inquiries
• Communicate efficiently with lenders and brokers
• Remove barriers by liaising with various departments
• Resolve deficiencies while ensuring policy adherence
• Track file progress through multiple communication channels
Requirements:
• Background as a Real Estate Law Clerk or in mortgage
• Proven customer service and strong relationship skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively
