In this key role, you'll grow and manage an assigned portfolio of business banking members, addressing their retail banking and wealth management needs. You'll be proactive in soliciting new business and forming long-term relationships through community networking. Daily activities will focus on executing sales strategies, providing stellar service, and identifying financial needs and concerns of members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term sales plans for business growth

• Manage existing business banking member portfolios

• Provide ongoing advisory services and referrals to specialists

• Conduct annual account reviews and ensure compliance

• Initiate collection activity for accounts in delinquency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent

• 4 years in retail/business/commercial lending experience

• Mutual Funds License required

• Strong relationship building skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
