Join Westland as the Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions, a key position that combines strategic finance and collaborative teamwork. This hybrid role is based at our head office in Surrey, BC.

As a Manager in M&A at Westland, you'll shape organizational growth by driving financial analysis, valuations, and execution of high-stake transactions. With over 5 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance, you will contribute significantly to the company's acquisition strategy. Your expertise in data analysis will enable informed decisions that affect the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis for potential acquisitions

• Manage virtual data rooms facilitating transaction communications

• Develop intricate financial models for acquisition assessments

• Participate in critical due diligence for target evaluations

• Support senior leadership with detailed investment presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• CPA required, CFA or CBV advantageous

• Extensive experience in M&A transactions

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentations

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
