As part of this dynamic team, your role will be to provide essential insights for sales and gross margin analysis across our brand channels. You will partner with various departments to optimize financial performance and drive cost-saving initiatives. This position is pivotal for delivering accurate forecasting and reporting that leads to informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and margin budgeting in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Own the analysis of gross margin, including sales trends and costs

• Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify financial impacts

• Support budgeting and forecasting aligned with strategic targets

• Develop financial models and reporting tools for data integrity

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; CPA/CFA is a plus

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience in a rapidly changing environment

• Strong financial acumen and business insight

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial systems

• English and French language proficiency
