Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of lending policies and guidelines

• Ensure timely adjudication processes across all credit lines

• Analyze credit portfolio performance regularly

• Manage collections and recovery efforts effectively

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in credit operations or leadership

• Comprehensive knowledge of lending practices

• Proven expertise in credit risk management

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities needed

• Relevant degree in business or finance preferred
