We are in search of a finance professional skilled in valuation, due diligence, and transaction negotiation. Your ability to navigate complex challenges will be crucial in driving effective M&A strategies across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee acquisition opportunities from evaluation through execution

• Drive buy-side due diligence across teams

• Assess target valuation and financial modeling processes

• Engage with senior leadership and external advisors

• Develop transaction documentation to support negotiations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• CPA designation required; CFA and CBV preferred

• At least 5 years in M&A or finance-related roles

• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset
