In this vital full-time role, you will provide the proactive administrative support needed for Financial Planners to thrive. Your contribution towards building relationships, solving member concerns, and managing documentation is central to fostering a positive member experience. You will also keep up compliance standards and assist with financial product referrals, enhancing the value our organization brings to its members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with investment members

• Handle customer issues with professionalism

• Manage daily administrative processes efficiently

• Aid in scheduling meetings and appointments

• Ensure documentation is prepared for Financial Planners

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related investment experience

• Required IFIC/CSC license

• Excellent communication skills, oral and written

• Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment

• Demonstrated commitment to professional development
