Reporting to the CFO, you will lead financial governance and support strategic initiatives across 13 dealerships. Your leadership will shape profitable outcomes and ensure robust internal controls. Collaborate with executive teams to provide valuable insights that influence business performance and growth strategies, including acquisitions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Ensure robust internal control frameworks are in place

• Lead and mentor dealership controllers and accounting staff

• Support audits and compliance initiatives

• Analyze cash flow and key financial metrics

Requirements:

• CPA certified

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience

• Proven experience in automotive or dealership finance

• Strong analytical skills for business insights
