Position: Concierge Evening & Weekend Coverage Role
We are seeking a dependable Concierge to provide evening and weekend coverage in our vibrant retirement community. This role is crucial for maintaining resident satisfaction and safety during off-peak hours.

As an Evening Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exemplary service to residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, overseeing resident wellness checks, and ensuring cleanliness in shared spaces. Flexibility to cover additional shifts is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents and guests professionally

• Execute wellness checks for residents in need

• Facilitate and clean post-activity areas

• Conduct regular sanitation of high-touch surfaces

• Document incidents and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Experience with elderly care or hospitality preferred

• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Flexibility to cover various shifts as needed
