Elevate hotel operations as a Front Desk Manager at our Surrey location. This full-time role offers $41.48 hourly for overseeing daily management and customer service.
The hotel in Surrey, BC is hiring a Front Desk Manager to implement policies and procedures, conduct performance reviews, and manage supplier negotiations. You will also monitor finances by preparing budgets and implementing marketing plans while addressing customer complaints directly on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement daily operations policies
• Conduct team performance reviews regularly
• Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies
• Prepare budgets and monitor financial activity
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience required
• Proficient in MS Office and related technologies
